OnePlus is all set to introduce the OnePlus 11 5G smartphone globally on February 7, 2023 which will not come alone but the company will also launch the OnePlus 11R 5G, OnePlus Pad and OnePlus Keyboard along with the device.
Over the years, the brand has expanded its line of consumer products with mid-range televisions, monitors, and phones.
Now the source of the leaks Mukul Sharma Has revealed that OnePlus will soon launch its first foldable smartphones. The folding series would include conventional folding (“Fold” type) and clamshell folding (“Flip” type) devices.
OnePlus has already registered the brand names OnePlus V Fold Y OnePlus V Flip. The products have apparently been tested in many regions, including Europe. However, there is no information about the specifications of the device.
In 2022, a OnePlus software executive, Gary Chen, revealed that OnePlus is working with Google to launch its foldable smartphone. Later, in August 2022, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau shared an image with a hinge mechanism pointing to new foldable devices. There have been no updates on these devices since those two events.
A few months ago, OnePlus parent company OPPO introduced its second generation of foldable smartphones under the OPPO Find N2 series in China. Since OPPO currently sells foldable phones, OnePlus can take advantage of this technology.
