After a long period with online editions or being completely canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic, BlizzCon is back at the Anaheim Convention Center, from November 3 to 4, 2023.
After four years of living online adventures in Azeroth, fighting for the future in Overwatch, traversing the fields of Sanctuary and basking in the Tavern, it’s time for Blizzard fans to meet in person again.
On its official blog, Blizzard spoke of the importance of returning to the face-to-face format, as well as the importance of players to the event:
It’s our players that make BlizzCon great, a place where games are the constant that unites us and creates bonds of friendship. Whether you’re here to meet friends you only play online with, celebrate epic moments from the games we love, explore the wonders of the halls of the convention center, or find out what’s next in our universes, BlizzCon is for you. The community is what makes this event special, and we can’t wait to see you again.
Considering that Blizzard has many projects scheduled for this year, including the launch of the highly anticipated Diablo IV, it is clear that the event will be full of surprises and a true gift for fans.
In the same statement, the company also promises to reveal more details about the event next month, including ticket information, cosplay competitions, and more.
