An Apple Watch Pro is expected to be launched in the fall. The stocks of the more expensive Apple Watch Edition are already getting smaller.

A little more than a month before the expected launch of the next Apple Watch models, the remaining stocks of the currently more expensive variants are apparently empty. The Apple Watch Edition with a titanium case is sometimes difficult to obtain from Apple. This would fit with previous rumors that a new Pro version of the Apple Watch will replace the Edition models from autumn.

In Apple’s German online shop, the edition with a sports bracelet is still available in both case sizes (41 and 45 mm) at short notice. The situation is very different for the models with Solo Loop – the watch is not available in this configuration either in the Apple Store or online. Apple also does not specify the usual waiting times. This fits to reports from MacRumorsthat the Edition models are also slowly being sold in the USA, Canada and Great Britain. In the USA, for example, 41 mm cases are hard to come by.

Instead of the Apple Watch with a titanium case, the launch of an Apple Watch Pro is expected in September. It should be larger than the two standard models, which are to be continued in the Series 8. According to the rumours, a more robust watch is expected, which should also be able to cope with extreme sports, for example. The Pro watch should then also have a case made of titanium.

In the standard models, meanwhile, a new sensor for body temperature in the Series 8 was recently read. The internal S8 chip is expected to be largely the same as the S7 in the current Apple Watch Series 7.
