The international online conference will take place on October 10th. Interested parties can benefit from the early bird discount for another week.

The organizers set up the first international Flight Levels Day voonze developer and dpunkt.verlag on October 10, 2022, in cooperation with the Flight Levels Academy. Interested parties can learn from Flight Levels users from all over the world at the English-language online conference how to make the step from agile teams to agile companies. If you want to deepen your knowledge, you can attend a half-day workshop before and after the conference. The extended early bird discount offers price advantages until September 28th.

As part of the inside agile conference series, the Flight Levels Day shows participants how agile promises can be translated into reality – because moving from agile teams to business agility is not a sure-fire success. The interaction of agile teams plays a role, as does collaboration across the entire company. The online conference is aimed at executives at all levels, product managers and agile coaches. The organizers make it possible to enter into a digital exchange with the speakers as well as with the Flight Levels pioneers Klaus Leopold and Sigi Kaltenecker, who will moderate the two expert panels.

Flight Levels Day 2022 will take place on October 10, 2022 from 1pm to 9pm CEST. It offers six 30-minute lectures as well as interactive reflection sessions, two expert panels and a final discussion. A broad spectrum is represented, from an introduction to flight levels to in-depth methods. For example, Rochelle Roos and Mike Freislich use a field report to show how a company that is suffering from a loss of employees and has dissatisfied customers can use Flight Levels to get out of this predicament.

Excerpt from the program:

  • Flight Levels Explained to Non-Flight Levels Experts
  • Change Flow: An Agile Transition Process
  • Managing Dependencies with Flight Levels

Workshops are also provided: On October 6th, Henriette Wienges and Kerstin Lerner will hold the half-day workshop “Flight Levels Introduction with Interactive Simulation of Flight Levels”. Troy Magennis offers an in-depth look at “Data-Driven Improvement and Coaching for Flight Levels Systems” in his half-day workshop on October 11th.

Tickets for the online conference day can be purchased at a reduced price of 199 euros (all prices plus 19% VAT) until September 28, 2022. After September 28, the price increases to 249 euros. A workshop ticket for one of the half-day workshops can be booked for 349 euros without attending the conference. Group discounts apply to groups of five or more and are automatically taken into account in the ticket shop. Other conference ticket benefits include book and course discounts, as well as access to video recordings of all presentations from this and last year’s Flight Levels Day.
