The Xiaomi 13 Ultra can be announced between the months of March and April, and this week the device was found in the IMEI database. The news was confirmed by the staff of Xiaomiui.
The device carries the numbers 2304FPN6DG and 2304FPN6DC to represent the Chinese and global models, respectively. Also, its internal nomenclature is “Ishtar”.
Another confirmed detail is that MIUI 14 is also already being developed for the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, since its name was found in the code of the latest software build.
The first build of MIUI 14 China is 22.11.5. The MIUI 14 Global build started testing 23 days later.
For now, the other details about the smartphone remain secret, but we already know that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra should be announced with an AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 50 MP main camera and a battery of around 5,000 mAh.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra has reinforced RAM and storage combination in new rumor
As much as it may have its launch postponed until the end of March, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra still continues to have information leaked by reliable sources within Xiaomi. This Tuesday (17), new details about the amount of RAM and storage were confirmed.
According to these people, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra should be announced with variants that have 8 GB, 12 GB and up to 16 GB of RAM, while in storage there are options with 128 GB, 256 GB and even 512 GB.
It is expected that the RAM used by the device will be LPDDR5X, while the memory will be UFS 4.0.
For now, the manufacturer has not yet commented on the leak. In any case, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be the most powerful smartphone in the line.
For this, it will have an AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 1-inch 50 MP main camera (IMX989) and Android 13 with MIUI 14.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra and Mix Fold 3 have RAM, storage and other details revealed
As it prepares to start global sales of the new Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro, the Chinese manufacturer continues to develop the most powerful model in the family. We are of course talking about the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
According to Digital Chat Station, the smartphone and the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 are already in an advanced stage of development, and their codenames are M1 and M18, respectively.
Furthermore, DCS confirms that both must have variant with up to 16 GB of RAM (LPDDR5x) and 512 GB of internal storage (UFS 4.0).
