Samsung releases One UI 5.0 with stable Android 13 for Galaxy S21 line

Samsung started distributing the update with One UI 5.0 and Android 13 stable for the Galaxy S21 family. The news was revealed by several users in Europe, and the Korean support channel also confirmed the release of the software.

According to those who have already had access to the update, it is already widely available in countries such as Germany, France or Spain, and the download of the file of about 2.8 GB also happens quickly.

However, only the main models are being updated, that is, we are talking about the Galaxy S21, S21 Plus and S21 Ultra. Thus, the Galaxy S21 FE must receive the update separately.

For now, the update is rolling out slowly and gradually. Thus, it may take a little longer for Android 13 to reach the Europeian market, for example.

Anyway, if you want to check availability, the way is simple:

Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.

It is worth remembering that One UI 5.0 brings a series of new features, such as new animations for the system, a more customizable lock screen, a function for modes and routines, in addition to Bixby Text Call to answer calls.
