Microsoft may update

Microsoft is expected to implement improvements to the Windows 11 operating system by updating the Capture Tool with new features and improvements for users of the software. According to information, the company intends to introduce the possibility of natively recording the computer screen in a simpler way, a feature presented a few months ago by the developer.

Interestingly, Windows has a native function that allows users to record the content being displayed on the screen through the Xbox Game Bar, which has special features intended for gamers. Although it announced the news, big tech did not comment on the reason for duplicating an existing tool.

apparently, Microsoft intends to concentrate all the system’s capture functions in a single space, making it possible to record both screenshots and videos.. An image released by the SamMobile portal shows that the Capture Tool should have a redesigned interface displaying the buttons for printscreen and video on the home screen.

The shortcut to invoke the feature will be Windows + Shift + S, a command that in Windows 10 brings the Capture and Sketch functions, allowing you to resize and choose the area that will be saved. For now, we do not know when the Redmond giant will release this update in the stable version, but it is expected to happen soon.

Ahead, it should be noted that last Thursday, the 27th, Microsoft made another version of Windows 11 available to members of the Insider Preview channel, a space aimed at developers. The update comes under build 25231 bringing bug fixes and some new features, such as new taskbar optimizations for tablets, for example.
