Honor X8 5G and Pad 8 official, cheap smartphones and tablets | Prices

In the past few hours Honor has made official X8 5G and Pad 8respectively one cheap smartphones and tablets. The first is only the variant compatible with the latest generation networks of the product that arrived in Europe and Italy in April, even if on a technical level the two do not have much in common: the first has a Snapdragon 680 while the second a 480 5G, a rear camera group with four elements instead of three, on the last there is also a smaller and less defined display.

The only noteworthy gain is vocals battery, where the capacity goes from 4,000 mAh of the 4G variant to 5,000 mAh of 5G. Long story short, Honor X8 5G is a slightly less complete version of Honor X8 but with a longer life outlook, thanks to 5G. Small note, and not of merit: it arrives on the market, in July 2022 with Android 13 in the pipeline, with the Magic UI 4.2 based on Android 11. It is true that the interface almost completely covers the Android version, but more could be done.

Then, there is Honor Pad 8, an interesting product that we hope will also arrive on the European market. AVAILABILITY AND PRICES

Honor X8 5G was made official on the international portal of the company, and this is good for the possible European availability because, although there are no official indications, it should arrive in our part as the only 4G variant, but it is bad because the global portal does not sell the products directly, so we have no information on the price.
