Oppo Reno8 is preparing to make its debut on the European market. The Chinese company makes an appointment at August 31 for the launch of the entire series which will take place in Paris during a special event and which will be broadcast in live streaming starting at 2.30pm (THIS is the link to follow the presentation).
We will thus have the opportunity to discover closely the qualities of Reno8 smartphones – and the relative prices for Europe – and we will also be able to know in detail Oppo Pad Airpresented in May in China and the brand’s first tablet to arrive in the Old Continent.
WHAT ARE THE COMING MODELS
Considering the fact that Oppo Reno8 Lite 5G is already available in Italy (and we have also reviewed it), the focus should be on Oppo Reno8, Reno8 Pro and Reno8 Pro Plus (opening photo). Announced in May in China, they may arrive in Europe with slightly different characteristics, both aesthetically and on the hardware side. It would not be strange, for example, that Oppo decided to integrate different SoCs compared to those we find on models destined for the Asian market. However, there are still no indications in this regard, so we are waiting for more precise information.

For now we know that the Reno8 series offers models that differ in the size of the display – ranging from 6.43 “for Reno8 to 6.7” for Pro Plus – as well as for the processor used – MediaTek for Reno8 and Reno8 Pro Plus (Dimensity 1300 and Dimensity 8100-MAX respectively), Snapdragon (7 Gen 1) for Reno8 Pro. the cameras50 + 8 + 2MP on Reno8 Pro and Pro Plus, 50 + 2 + 2MP on Reno8, while in common the three smartphones have the 4,500mAh battery with charging up to 80W.
Oppo Pad Air is equipped with a 10.4 “display, Snapdragon 680 processor, 5MP front and 8MP rear camera and 7,100mAh battery. Support for Oppo Pencil and wireless keyboard is provided.
Therefore, the appointment is on August 31st at 2.30pm to discover the Reno8 series designed for Europe and the brand new Oppo Pad Air tablet.
