Balance and a remarkable 5000 mAh battery
If we look at the design, the OPPO A79 5G differs from the previous generation, especially in the camera module. The back has a flat finish on the endswith also flat sides and a rectangular camera module that houses two lenses (although it appears to have three cameras).
The main camera has 50 megapixels and has an aperture of f/1.8. It is accompanied by a 2-megapixel f/2.4 macro and, on the front, we have an 8-megapixel f/2.0 camera in a central hole.
The screen has a sizable chin, but the panel is quite large. It has a diagonal of 6.72 inches, FullHD+ resolution, a brightness of 680 nits and a 90 Hz soft drink. To complete the content consumption, it should be noted that it has stereo speakers, something that more expensive phones in recent months have omitted.
Something interesting about the design is that It has IP54 certification which means it is dust and splash resistant and OPPO claims that it has been tested in its laboratory to certify its resistance to everyday tasks.
Inside we have the Dimensity 6020, a SoC that we have already seen in other company phones (such as the OPPO A59 5G) and that is accompanied by 4 or 8 GB of RAM. As we said, the battery is one of the strong points with its 5,000 mAh and 33 W charging.
