The smartphone must be sent within 15 days of receiving the approval email. Once received, the device will be checked to verify compliance with the terms of the promotion, which could take up to 10 working days. If your smartphone passes the inspection, you will receive a confirmation e-mail payment will be made within 30 days directly to the indicated bank account.

The “Motorola Trade In” initiative is available for all physical and online retailers, but it is important to visit the official Motorola Trade In website for more information and program details.
