moto g power 5g official: it has everything, but no

Motorola has made it official Moto G Power 5G, a smartphone which, as the name suggests, promises reference autonomy despite the battery capacity not being particularly high, especially if you look at its competitors in the same range. Yet those 5,000 mAh Motorola promises to use them like no other, so much so that it is promoted as the product with the best autonomy on the market.

Evidently the “magic” happens thanks to a chip particularly frugal in consumption (we have no feedback on the Dimensity 930, making its debut on G Power 5G), at a display that manages to use the available mAh sparingly and in the usual way optimization of Motorola which over the years has proven to have few rivals on the subject. Moto G Power 5G is only what Moto G Power 2023 has been called so far, the transition from one generation to another has brought 5G as a dowry and we wanted to highlight the novelty by putting it in the name.

Otherwise it is a product fromvery complete hardware (memory expansion, dual SIM, 3.5 mm audio jack, stereo sound, but NFC is missing) and at the same time with no specs, see for example the recharge that does not go beyond 15 watts (a bit low in 2023). We do not know anything about the marketing in Europe, for the moment it is official in the USA where it will be available starting April 13 at the recommended price of $299.99.
