The satellite communication function that some smartphone manufacturers are beginning to incorporate is becoming very popular. Apple has built this feature into the iPhone 14 series, although it was Huawei that got ahead of everyone by introducing this functionality a day earlier in the Huawei Mate 50. Now it is time for Samsung to copy Huawei and Apple when it comes to satellite communication functions. According to the latest information, the Korean company could introduce satellite connectivity features in its high-end Galaxy smartphones. At the moment, we cannot say how long it will take to bring this feature to light. The information also suggests that Samsung could partner with another satellite connectivity provider instead of Globalstar. Apple has already agreed with Globalstar to receive 85% of its current and future network capacity. So there doesn’t seem to be any room left for Samsung. The company can use the services of Starlink to implement satellite communication functions in its phones. However, confirmation is still awaited by the company.
