The Samsung Galaxy S23 will only arrive in a Snapdragon version: This is the reason according to Ming-Chi Kuo

According to Kuo, Samsung cannot technologically match the upcoming SM8550 chip 5G modem that TSMC manufactures with its 4nm method, both in performance and power efficiency. As such, you may just decide to go for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, or whatever Qualcomm calls it. The big winner here is, of course, Qualcomm, which will sell many more high-end Snapdragon SoCs than it would have if Samsung released the Exynos 2300.
