The battery of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has obtained an excellent overall score in the DXOMark test, ranking first in the Ultra-Premium segment. Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipset, the Galaxy S23 Ultra vastly outperformed its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (in both Snapdragon and Exynos versions), thanks to better battery life and efficiency scores. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra achieved excellent results in autonomy tests. The battery lasted almost 67 hours with moderate use, with less than a 2% loss per night on average. In outdoor tests, performance was also very good, except when using the camera, where battery life was slightly below average. During the tests in which particular uses are evaluated separately, the autonomy was also excellent, especially when streaming videos. Residual consumption for both wired and wireless chargers was very low when the device is fully charged and still plugged in.
