Microsoft launches new version of Windows Server with some improvements

This Thursday (12), the Microsoft llaunched a new version of the Windows Server Long-Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) Preview. Build 25276 is now available for download as an ISO on Windows Server Insider website along with a VHDX.

The branding has not yet been updated and remains Windows Server 2022 in preview. Additionally, Microsoft is encouraging Insiders to provide feedback in the category Windows Server and then in the appropriate subcategory.


The company asks you to indicate the build number you are providing feedback on along with the title. NoThere’s no changelog to comment on, so it’s unclear what’s new in the server-oriented operating system.

The Windows Server Long Term Maintenance Channel Preview in ISO format is in 18 languages ​​and in the VHDX it comes in English only. Microsoft also notes that this preview will expire on September 15, 2023.

The system also contains the Windows 11 desktop experience, as well as a Server Core installation option for Datacenter and the Standard edition.
