However, a huge leak has just revealed a lot of information about the Galaxy S24 range, while its launch is expected for the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked conference next month. It was the Windows Report site that managed to get its hands on the technical characteristics and images of the brand’s next smartphones.
Samsung intends to take advantage of recent innovations in matterartificial intelligence to integrate new functions. This should include the translation of messaging in real time in a dozen languages, image editing and searching based on elements of an image. The devices will be available in four colors: black, gray, purple and yellow.
According to Windows Report , the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will benefit from a frame in titanium. Its 6.8-inch When HD+ screen will have a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, and will hide a Soc Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Count from 256 GB to 1 TB of storage, with 12 GB of RAM and a 5,000 mAh battery. The camera contains a 200 megapixel module, a 12 megapixel ultra-wide-angle module, two telephoto lenses of 10 megapixels (3x) and 50 megapixels (5x), and a 12 megapixel selfie camera.
The Galaxy S24 features a 6.2-inch Full HD+ screen, with an Exynos 2400 processor , while the S24 Plus will feature a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ screen with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Both devices will be able to achieve a 120Hz refresh rate and will have up to 512GB of storage, with 8GB of RAM and a 4,000 mAh battery for the S24, compared to 12 GB of RAM and a 4,900 mAh battery for the S24 Plus. On the photo side , count a 50-megapixel main module, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens and a 12-megapixel selfie camera.
The only unknown remains the price of the devices. For this, we will have to wait for the Galaxy Unpacked conference which should take place on January 17, 2024.
