YouTube Music is one of the most popular music streaming services in the world, but it’s not always at the forefront when it comes to offering features that users want. One such feature is the live lyrics display, which lets you follow the lyrics of a song as it plays, without having to manually scroll or search.

Live lyrics are different from the static lyrics that YouTube Music has been offering for a while. With real-time lyrics, the app automatically highlights and scrolls lyrics as the song progresses, showing in bold the snippet that’s currently being sung.

To access live lyrics on YouTube Music, just go to the Lyrics tab on the music playback page within the app. If the feature is available to you, you will see the lyrics move and change color as the song plays. Otherwise, you will only see the static letter as before.

The font is also larger and easier to read than static letters. So you can sing along to your favorite songs without losing rhythm or pronunciation. The feature is not yet widely available to all users, but it should be coming to more people soon.

Live Lyrics is a feature that has been around on other music streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music for some time now. YouTube Music was a little behind the times in this regard, but it looks like it’s making an effort to improve its platform and offer more functionality to its users.

In addition to live lyrics, YouTube Music also recently added a filter for podcasts and is testing a new grid layout for the library. It can be subscribed for BRL 16.90 per month in the Individual mode or BRL 25.50 / month in the Family plan.
