team up goes into the next round: On October 26, 2022, the one-day online conference on team development with agile approaches will take place for the second time. The of voonze developer and dpunkt.verlag organized event from the conference series inside agile focuses on sustainable team development and is aimed at interested people with personnel responsibility. These include, for example, project team leaders, scrum masters, agile coaches and consultants as well as employees from the human resources department.

 

Together with the agile professionals Holger Koschek and Rolf Dräther, the experts organize a day full of reports and exchanges, in which they share tried-and-tested solutions with the guests. The focus of the online event is on which ways have proven themselves so that teams can clearly define and implement their goals.

The range of topics is again diverse and covers some essential areas of team building: psychological security, team dynamics, developing yourself as a team developer, reports from coaching and a keynote on what really counts in life. After each lecture, the audience can discuss their own questions with the speakers, and at the end Holger Koschek and Rolf Dräther moderate a panel discussion with the speakers to bring together the insights of the day.

At the same time, what has been learned can be deepened and anchored in three full-day workshops that take place around the time of the conference: “Every team is different” with Markus Trbojevic and Holger Koschek on October 25th, “Recognizing, understanding, changing team dynamics” on October 27th with Johanna Dietl and Jens Korte as well as a workshop on psychological safety on November 3 with Markus Wittwer. All three workshops will take place online from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tickets for the conference are available at an early bird price of 199 euros, the workshops cost 449 euros each (all prices plus 19% VAT).
