Stickers for WhatApp with Artificial Intelligence: so you can make them for free quickly and easily

2023 has been a year dominated by news related to artificial intelligence in the technological field, inside and outside Spain. It is no coincidence, given the popularity that tools such as ChatGPT have achieved in text creation and Midjourney and other options in image generation. Furthermore, new tools appear every day that allow for increasingly easier use of this type of technology.

One of the companies that is betting the most on this is Microsoft, which made a strong investment in Open Ai and has integrated many of these solutions into Windows, Office and Bing. The most important in recent months is the possibility of creating images within Bing Chat, the chatbot that works under ChatGPT 4.

But there is its own image creation tool that is not so well known and that allows you to obtain photo-realistic images and, in addition, simple designs perfect for converting into stickers, Bing Create. Given that these types of drawings are increasingly used in messaging applications like WhatsApp, creating them with artificial intelligence is a more interesting possibility than ever.

To create the sticker, the Bing Create tool will be used, available on this website. You can also use the Bing Android application, although many times the system responds that it is not capable of making the stickers, when on the web he usually does them without problems.

As often happens when images are created with artificial intelligence, the result is greatly influenced by the way the input commands are writtenacquaintances prompts. In this case, what has worked best is to put a brief description of what you want and, at the end, put the word Sticker. For example, with the command “Cat messing with things sticker” we have obtained four pretty good stickers.

In case that WhatsApp Web is not usually used, a third-party application will have to be installed to create stickers for WhatsApp since the Android app does not have the same function as the desktop version. One of the options is called Sticker Maker and it is available for free on the Google Play Store.

When it is installed we have to follow the steps until we reach a screen asking you to upload up to 30 images or take 30 photos. In the case of these stickers we will copy them from the mobile memory, where they were stored after the previous step.

There is an option that allows you to cut the sticker, The same thing can be done with WhatsApp Web, so that there is no colored background but rather the design has its cut out shapes, as happens in the stickers that are standard in WhatsApp. It can be done manually or by choosing smart crop, although the latter does not always work well.
