The new version of iOS is not getting along very well with third-party apps. In this sense, dating and social networking apps can be buggy, according to recent user reviews. A survey made with the help of artificial intelligence in several reviews within the App Store points out this.

The total number of applications analyzed was 4,800 and all evaluations entered this work done by AI. As a result, the increase in complaints on social media apps was 42%, which was the highest number. Close behind are dating apps, with a â…“ increase in complaints. Finally, there were physical activity programs, with 21%

Among the more specific problems, the inability to upload photos was the main complaint, with an increase of 90%. The same percentage was given to cases of Apple Pay not showing up correctly in purchase apps. A white screen started to appear in games and this complaint occurred 85% of the time.

The scenario may seem bad for iOS 16, however, it is worth remembering that it is much better compared to the previous version of the system. In this case, a similar analysis was carried out and the complaints were much higher. Many of the complaints were about the download button disappearing in photo and video apps, for example.

Even so, the bugs of iOS 16 do not cease to annoy, such as one that emerged recently that made it possible to activate the transparency mode on incompatible headphones. Another made Cinema Mode videos unable to be edited in iMovie or Final Cut Pro. Fortunately, both have now been fixed by Apple.
