Honor Magic6 Lite

The design is something that stands out in this model. Honor has maintained the foundation of Honor Magic5 Lite that we liked in its analysis and that it brought the device closer to the high range. The reason is that the company has a very unique design line due to that huge round camera module, something that we also see in its most premium phones.

On the front, we have a large 6.78 inch curved screen with a resolution of 2,652 x 1,200 pixels, which translates into a density of 429 pixels per inch. It has a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a sampling rate of 300 Hz and the PWM (brightness dimming) of 1,920 Hz is striking.

One of the weak points of the previous generation was the maximum brightness, something that increases up to 1,200 peak nits in this Magic6 Lite. In addition, the company ensures that it is resistant to falls with a certification by SGS.

Inside, the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 It is the heart of the device and is accompanied by a single configuration of 8 GB of storage with 256 GB of RAM. The system is Android 13 along with MagicOS 7.2, the Chinese manufacturer’s layer that has strong customization and your own AI-based assistant called Yoyo.

The battery has a capacity of 5,300 mAh and a maximum charge of 35 W, but it must be said that it does not come with a charger in the box, something that already happened in the previous generation.

And if we go to the cameras, the Honor Magic6 Lite has the following configuration:

  • 108 megapixel main sensor with f/1.8 lenses.
  • 5 megapixel wide angle with f/2.2 aperture.
  • 2 megapixel macro with f/2.4 aperture.
  • 16 megapixel front camera with f/2.5 aperture.

Apart from the different capture modes, such as multi-video with two of the cameras simultaneously, one of the new features is that you can capture 4K30 video with the main camera.

And, in photography, We can shoot in automatic mode or at full resolution of 108 megapixels. This high-resolution sensor also allows 3x lossless digital, according to Honor.
