After some rumors, sources connected to Google confirmed that the Android messaging application will soon receive an Artificial Intelligence tool that can be used to generate responses.
Known as “Magic Compose”, the tool uses the conversation context to generate responses creative, personalized, fun or formal. User will be able to control AI writing style through settings.
So, if you want the AI to have lyrical or even informal writing, just make the adjustment, which initially will not be individual. That is, by contact.
As expected, to generate these responses, Google Messages must require an internet connection, as the AI works using Google’s servers.
The user will also need to grant the AI access to the text of the messages in the privacy settings, as it will “read” everything being written and received by the user.
For now, Magic Compose is not yet widely available, but some beta users of Google Messages can already test the novelty in the United States.
It should be remembered that Google Chat has already received a similar AI tool and everything indicates that the mechanics will be the same in the messaging application.
