Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2: competitive multiplayer playlist is delayed

Infinity Ward has published an article on its official blog dedicated to explaining changes and new features coming in Season 2 of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.

It will go live on February 15th and will bring the return of the 1v1 gulag, changes to movement, loot, loadouts and weapons. However, one of the highlights will be the redesign of the user interface, which has received a lot of criticism since launch.

Along with the significant multiplayer changes, Season 2 will bring a new user interface that promises to improve the flow when navigating through the menus, in addition to bringing clearer information and quick access to other parts, such as the social tab and content that the user has purchased. .

There will also be the inclusion of the “play again” button, which had been removed due to a bug. As the name implies, it allows players to enter directly into a new match with the participants of the previous one, without the need to go back to the initial menu and wait for new users to fill up in the room.

On the blog, other changes such as weapon and economy balancing, as well as money no longer being found in supply and legendary crates. Already in Warzone 2, loadouts will receive special attention and allow for custom perk packs.
