€40,000 were what separated Black Jewel Reborn of success. Today he has already obtained them thanks to his Kickstarter campaign mounted by Michael Mrozek and PSCD Games but now they want a little more to publish a more complete game.

Black Jewel Reborn it’s a hack & slash cooperative that will be published for Game Boy, NES, Super Nintendo, and Mega Drive. It will do so, depending on the platform, from right now, in August, until the beginning of next year because we can choose to have the physical game, with its box and manual.

The game is born from the adaptation of the Black Jewel original by Oscar Selestini to which some improvements have been made and, in addition, the multiplayer option has been added. Selestini’s game was born for PC created on a Commodore 64 and tells us the story of the barbarian Ryan who will have to return the Black Jewel that Darkor has stolen to the kingdom. A basic game with a high difficulty and that we can get from 2 dollars.

back to version Reborn, the Kickstarter one, if it’s enough for us to have the roms already in August we could have the Sega Mega Drive for €10, which is the version that they have almost finished. If, for example, we want the Super Nintendo one, we will have to wait for October. If our thing is physical in November, for example, we can get the physical title with its box and manual for NES with its soundtrack for €50. If you go through the page you will see that there are a lot of options; even take a matryoshka with our photo.

If you want to enjoy this retro title, give it your money because that way the game will continue to reach goals that will give the game more levels and playable characters. You have until August 12.
