A new patent related to apple watch was registered by apple in the last day 7. In this sense, it may be that some future generation of the company’s smart watch arrives with a camera built into its structure. However, the way to use it may not be as you imagine.

That’s because the record suggests that the component is present on the underside of the smartwatch. Therefore, taking pictures with the device can be quite laborious. Thus, the solution indicated by the sketches is the use of a different kind of bracelet to wear.

In this case, the idea is based on a fixing mechanism that can be a lock or even a magnet. Thus, the user removes the item from the bracelet, and uses the watch face to locate and frame the object. With this, he can re-equip the wearable to the wristband when he’s done registering.

With the traditional version, the process can also be done, but it ends up becoming even less practical. Anyway, the whole process doesn’t seem to be very interesting to use in real life, even if it is at a time when the owner of the watch is without his cell phone or it has run out of battery.

Even so, there is no guarantee that this will become a reality, as Apple already filed camera patents for the Watch in 2019 and also last year. So, it only remains to wait to see which project should become a reality, if the company decides to adopt cameras in its wearable device.
