Apple today released the trailer for Lucy’s School, an Apple TV + special derived from Schulz’s classic Peanuts comic strip to celebrate educators. The Peanuts “gang” is anxious for the start of school and urges Lucy to start one of her own, but the little girl will discover that teaching is not the simple task she can imagine.
Lucy’s School – says Apple – is a declaration of love for teachers and expresses appreciation for the impact they have on children’s growth. Explore the fear of change and show how Lucy, supported by her friends, faces her fears and manages to overcome them.
The special is produced for Apple TV + by Peanuts and WildBrain and is directed by Raymond S. Persi. It will debut on the Cupertino streaming platform Friday 12 Augustalong with new episodes of the beloved Apple Original series The Snoopy Showin the second season.
