We know the price of the Radeon RX 7600, which will hit the market on May 25th. According to the Cowcotland site, which cites one of its sources, the new graphics card from AMD will be marketed in France with an MRSP of 349 euros. A nice hand extended to players with a more modest portfolio, and above all a big provocation towards Nvidia.
It’s been some time since AMD announced the release of its new graphics card for May 25 – also giving Nvidia the opportunity to give it a nice snub by planning an announcement the day before. This will be the Radeon RX 7600, the entry-level lean of the latest generation of red GPUs, following the launch of the RX 7900 and RX 7900 XT last December.
Thanks to the Cowcotland site, we now know the price of this new graphics card. According to one of their sources, it will be marketed in France at 349€. Of course, at this price, you should not expect a state-of-the-art technical sheet. As a reminder, the RX 7600 will be based on the NAVI 33 architecture and will integrate 8 GB of 128-bit GDDR6 VRAM and 32 MB of Infinity Cache memory.

AMD will finally launch an affordable graphics card, Nvidia will have to fight back
The graphics card will also use a Gen 4 8 Pin PCI Express port and will therefore require a compatible connector. Finally, we know that it will be equipped with 32 CUs for the clusters and 2048 FP32 cores. The release of these graphics cards is great news for PC gamers, who haven’t had the opportunity to get their hands on an affordable model since the start of the year.
Indeed, as usual, Nvidia and AMD launched their high-end models first. The Radeon 7900 XTX and RX 7900, for example, cost at least 1200 euros, which clearly does not suit all budgets. It now remains to be seen how Nvidia intends to respond. This we will know very soon, with the upcoming presentation of the GeForce RTX 4060 and the RTX 4060 Ti.
