Caviar announced last Thursday (04) its first custom luxury versions of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, Apple’s latest top-of-the-line cell phones. The model has been given the “Daytona” collection treatment, which adds rare and precious materials, unique spellings and other unique details to the back of the device.
The highlight of the collection is the watch attached to the back of the cell phone made by Rolex. It is a “Cosmograph Daytona”, a model specially dedicated to professional racing drivers. The integrated accessory is fully functional and features a 40mm dial made of gold and eight diamond stones.

The models also have decorative dials and switches that mimic a racing vehicle’s instrument panel, including oil, fuel and speedometer gauges. These pieces are made of 18 carat gold and coated with jewelry enamel to ensure more resistance to time.
To maintain the durability of the device, the rear is coated in black titanium with physical vapor deposition (PVD). Caviar claims that Rolex also uses this material to create the black dials of its luxury watches.
The watch is not the only addition to the iPhone, but part of an artistic composition that pays homage to the history of the “Rolex Daytona” collection. The phone’s body is made in the style of 1930s racing cars, such as Malcolm Campbell’s Blue Bird, which set a world speed record at the Daytona track.

As for pricing, expect no less than hundreds of thousands of dollars for the “simplest” item available. Caviar made just three models of each version — Pro and Pro Max, with storage from 128GB to 1TB — that have their unique model number engraved on the gold border. Check the values:
