Microsoft has released a new version of Windows 11 for Insiders enrolled in the company’s testing program. Build 22000.1515 combines Windows Spotlight and themes into a single customization page in the Settings app.
In addition, the company promised improvements in the Microsoft Account experience also present in the Settings application, in addition to more information from OneDrive and Xbox subscription management through the app.

- New! We combine Windows Spotlight with themes on the Personalization page. This made it easier to discover and turn on the Windows Spotlight feature.

- New! We display Xbox membership details on the Accounts page in the Settings app. Xbox subscribers can also manage their subscription on this page. Non-subscribers can explore Xbox subscription options on the Accounts page
- We fixed an issue affecting searchindexer.exe. It has randomly prevented you from entering or exiting.
- We fixed an issue that prevented you from searching a file based on the contents of the file.
- We fixed a resource conflict issue between two or more threads (known as deadlock). This deadlock affected COM+ applications.
- We fixed an issue affecting conhost.exe. Stopped responding.
- We fixed an issue affecting some modern apps. This problem prevented them from opening.
- We fixed an issue affecting the Domain Name System (DNS) suffix search list. When you set it up, the parent domain might be missing.
- We’ve added support for long URL lengths up to 8196 characters.
- We fixed an issue that could have occurred when the Input Method Editor (IME) was active. Applications may have stopped responding when you used the mouse and keyboard at the same time.
- We fixed an issue that may have affected FindWindow() or FindWindowEx() . They may have returned the wrong window handle.
- We fixed an issue that caused memory corruption. The issue occurred when using certain HD audio controller hardware.
- We fixed an issue affecting certain systems that had Firmware Trusted Platform Modules. (PMS). This issue prevented him from using AutoPilot to configure these systems.
- We fixed an issue that affected printing in landscape mode in Microsoft Edge. Print output was incorrect. This issue occurred when you used Microsoft Defender Application Guard.
- We fixed an issue that prevented the virtual keyboard from opening.
- We fixed an issue that prevented explorer.exe from responding. This issue occurred when using the keyboard play and pause buttons on certain devices.
- We fixed an issue that affected Windows Server 2022 domain controllers. They became unresponsive when handling Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) requests.
- We fixed an issue affecting the Resilient File System (ReFS) MSba tag. The problem caused a nonpaged pool leak.
- We fixed an issue affecting ReFS. The issue caused high nonpaged pool usage, which depleted system memory.
