As reported by MacRumors, the The Macintosh SE brought to the opening of the Apple store in Mumbai is by a designer named Sajid. The device was released by Apple in March 1987 and was introduced at the same time as the Macintosh II.

The Macintosh SE was replaced in 1990 by the Macintosh Classic, a similar model that retained the same central processing unit and form factor, but was offered at a slightly lower price.

Eight years later, Steve Jobs invited Cook to join Apple, where his first job was senior vice president of worldwide operations. Apple’s CEO remains in India on his trip to the country to reinforce Apple’s presence in the region.
Apple’s sales in India reached a new record of nearly $6 billion in the year to March 2023. The company’s revenue in the country grew nearly 50%, according to a report released by Bloomberg.
