New Apple MacBooks Pro sold in Brazil are the most expensive in the world, again

THE apple launched yesterday, Tuesday (16), the new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros with M2 Pro and M2 Max processors, but Europeian consumers interested in the product will have to pay a considerable amount at the time of purchase.

According to a survey carried out by the Nukeni website, the new MacBooks Pro with the M2 Pro and M2 Max chips sold in Europe are the most expensive among 33 countries evaluated, with the entry-level 14-inch model costing BRL 24 thousand.

For comparison purposes, in Sweden, which is the second country with the most expensive price on the list, the same 14-inch MacBook Pro is sold from of BRL 14,382.42 in direct conversion, while in Portugal the product costs R$ 13,804.44.

You United States is the cheapest place to buy MacBook Pros. The 14″ version costs, without taxes, R$10,164.61. Canada comes next with BRL 10,364.59 and the Malaysia closes the podium, where the notebook is sold for R$10,372.45.

Something that calls attention when looking at the graphics above the names of the countries in the tables is the great difference between Europe and the other nations analyzed, with the penultimate of the lists costing almost half of what is charged around here.

It is worth noting that these prices quoted refer to the official prices of Apple stores. Therefore, it is possible to find slightly better numbers at retail, but it is also not so far from the conditions stipulated by Apple.
