Zoom begins the year 2023 by incorporating a small set of new features into its video call application, seeking to improve productivity and create more enriching experiences.
Avatars, meeting templates, grouped messages and new tools for question and answer questionnaires are the novelties with which Zoom opens 2023
-Avatars: Along with the already existing filters, zoom adds the possibility of creating avatars in the form of customizable human figures so that users have a digital version of themselves.
This includes everything from facial movements and expressions to general appearance, thus offering an alternative to static images of users that appear as a profile image. They are currently available on easy and it is expected that new racial features, hairstyles and other customization options will be added in the future.
-Meeting templates: Depending on the type of meeting, a different configuration may be necessary, since the interlocutors may be teammates, clients, friends… or the meeting may consist of carrying out an exercise or a conference.

-Questions and answers: This is an especially useful feature for webinar or webinar attendees, and now this Q&A organization provides a centralized space for viewing questions and providing answers to all participants. The questions appear so that the host can see them, answer them or discard them, being able to determine if they want all the participants to be able to see all the questions or only those that have already been answered.

-Notification in Zoom Chat when the user is added to a group or individual chat.
-Possibility in Zoom Chat to share videos from the mobile camera or from the file explorer.
-Possibility by administrators to manually change the owner of a whiteboard in Zoom Whiteboard.
