Honor has been developing a new mid-range smartphone that could be released with Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. The information was shared by a Chinese leaker on Thursday morning.

For him, this device does not yet have a commercial name, but it is already possible to know that it will be an intermediary that should also have a powerful 100 MP main camera.

As the Honor X50i already has a 100 MP sensor, everything indicates that the new cell phone can only reuse this lens that has an aperture of f / 1.9.

The Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor was launched with support for up to 12 GB of RAM and some believe that Honor will be able to use this capacity to present a well-equipped device (12 GB + 256 GB).

To power the whole set, Honor’s new cell phone will still have a 5,800 mAh battery. That is, a considerable evolution in relation to the 5,100 mAh found in the Honor X40 line.

Finally, we should expect this device to still have Android 13 native and an IPS LCD screen to reduce costs. Of course, this does not prevent the panel from supporting FHD+ resolution and 120 Hz rate.

However, as the Chinese brand does not comment on the subject, we emphasize that everything should be considered as just another market rumor.
