FIFA 23 has a date to receive the Qatar World Cup update

EA Sports has released the date to release the update with the content of the 2022 World Cup – to be held in Qatar – to the game FIFA 23. The update with special content will arrive on November 9th.

The novelty includes the use of the teams classified for the biggest tournament in world football, as well as the possibility of assembling the Cup’s own group. Watch the trailer below:

Another change is in the “live” mode, in which players will need to adapt to updates with the real results of the matches of the world, while it is in progress – that is, the modality can only be enjoyed between the 20th of November and the 18th. from December.

FIFA Ultimate Team fans will also enjoy changes. FUT will be rewarded with 30 new World Cup Hero cards. Each will feature a themed shield throughout the tournament. Players will still receive items to help build their teams.

O FIFA 23 was released on September 27, 2022, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC platforms. Only Nintendo’s hybrid console is not on the list of consoles covered by the Cup update.
