Microsoft makes it easy to sign in to OneDrive from iOS
Microsoft is making it easier to create an account or sign in to the OneDrive app from iOS.
So that the process is not so tedious, the Microsoft app receives an update that will save you from having to deal with passwords.
New option in OneDrive to create an account from iOS
While creating an account with a service only takes a few steps, Microsoft wants to streamline the process a bit more by rolling out a new update to OneDrive. A new dynamic that you can also apply when you log in to the application.
You no longer need to use a password to sign up or sign in to OneDrive from iOS, as Microsoft replaces this step with a passcode. A code that you will receive via text message:
It’s now faster and even safer to sign up for a new account in the OneDrive app. You will be able to register and log in with your phone numbers and one-time access codes that we will send you via text message
So if you are one of those who take time to think of a secure password or those who forget to save them and then have to resort to the recovery process, it will help you to have this OneDrive dynamic.
You will not have to activate any action to have this new option since it is integrated with the latest update of OneDrive in iOS. An update that is part of the series of improvements that the Microsoft team has released for OneDrive on different platforms.
For example, OneDrive on the web now has a new photo editor that allows you to have a series of basic functions to edit and apply filters, without the need to resort to third-party tools.
New options have also been added for us to customize the links we share, and in OneDrive for iOS the offline mode was added to edit presentations and documents in PowerPoint and Word.
