Financial benefits
The Chancellor International Scholarship recipients get a full range of assistance, which consists of:

Required documents
- Full application for admission to the PhD program.
- You will receive your applicant ID number via email within 48 hours of submitting your application.
- Copies of academic certificates and letters of recommendation are required.
- Any other documents that support the research proposal.
Application steps

- Get the applicant’s ID number and then set up an account in the Information Technology System (ITS).
- You must upload all of your documentation and send in your scholarship application by December 11, 2025. Late submissions or documents will not be accepted.
