This week, Netflix released the first official details of Land of Dreams, a film starring Jason Momoa (Aquaman) and directed by Francis Lawrence (The Hunger Games: Mockingjay).
Dreamland takes you to a magical place, a world where young Nemo (Marlow Barkley) and her eccentric sidekick Flip (Jason Momoa) embark on a memorable adventure of a lifetime.
After her father Peter (Kyle Chandler) is lost at sea, young Nemo’s subtle existence in the Pacific Northwest is completely changed as she is sent to live in the city with her well-meaning but totally clumsy Uncle Phillip (Chris O. ‘Dowd). His new school and routine are challenging during the day – but at night, it becomes a secret map to the fantastical world of Slumberland, which connects Nemo to Flip, a rough but lovable outlaw who becomes his. partner and guide on the adventure.
The two quickly find themselves on an incredible journey, through dreams and running from nightmares, when Nemo begins to hope to be reunited with his father once again.
Dreamland arrives on Netflix in November 18.
