The ASUS ROG Phone 6 is seen before its official presentation
Asus’ ROG Phone 6 launch event will take place in a few days, but the leaker Evan Blass has spoiled the party by revealing several official images of the upcoming ROG Phone 6.
Some of the specifications of the smartphone have already been filtered, including its 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 165 Hz screen refresh.
We also know that the device will feature Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 paired with 18GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. Software-wise, it will run Android 12-based ROG UI. The device will be powered by a 6,000mAh dual-cell battery with 65W fast charging support.
Now, the leaked images give us a detailed look at the design of the phone.
The front of the device is similar to that of smartphones of the previous generation. The images show a large screen with top and bottom bezels and stereo front speakers.
On the rear, the device sports a triple-camera setup, ROG gamer branding, and an array of RGB LEDs in the shape of the ROG logo in the corner. The images suggest that the smartphone will be available in two colors: black and white.
