Samsung to launch affordable Galaxy A-series foldable according to leak

Currently, Samsung’s focus with its foldable devices is on the high-end, which only a few can afford. In the future, however, in the future, Samsung could bring the category of foldable products to a larger audience by launching devices that belong to the mid-range price segment. According to leaker @chunvn8888 on Twitter, Samsung is planning a foldable phone that will be part of the Galaxy A series, which includes both mid-range and more affordable devices. Samsung’s plan to launch a foldable phone as part of the Galaxy A series appears to be in the very early stages.

Apparently, the head of Samsung’s mobile division, Roh Tae-moon, does not know when the company will start working on the project, but Samsung is expected to launch it in 2024 or a year later. Another important aspect that remains to be known is what type of folding phone it will be. Will it be a Galaxy Z Flip-type folding phone or a Z Fold-style one? Unknown, but since clamshells (Z Flips) are less expensive to manufacture, this is to be expected.
