My scrum is broken #114: Introversion and extraversion
In the podcast, Ina Einemann and Sebastian Bauer talk to Till Weinert about introversion and extraversion and how these personality traits affect each other.
What are introversion and extraversion? Why is it sometimes so difficult for introverts and what should you know when working with teams about what makes up the two personality traits? The two podcasters Ina Einemann and Sebastian Bauer talk about this with Till Weinert, Agile Coach at Porsche Digital.
Being introverted is often equated with being shy, quiet and generally not very outgoing. In fact, there is much more behind it. Introversion and extraversion are two opposite poles of one personality trait, and they differ less in the person’s character than in the way the brain handles stimuli.
