The second edition will take place on November 29, 2022 and will once again look at how to improve team leadership in agile companies. The lectures are aimed at people who already have a basic understanding of agile, whether they are group, team and department managers or experienced Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches. 11 experts in 7 lectures
In seven 45-minute lectures, eleven experts provide well-founded, practice-oriented insights into their everyday work as agile coaches, Kanban trainers or systemic coaches. The main question is how the challenges of team leadership can be mastered against the background of agile working methods. For example, how can self-organized teams be managed in contrast to individuals? How can employees be evaluated when team performance obscures the view of individual performance?
At the end of the day, the conference visitors should know the answers to these and other questions, especially since the speakers will be available to answer questions in a 15-minute interactive Q&A session after their presentations. A panel discussion concludes the online conference day.
