Vogue Williams says trolls have stayed away since birth of third child
Vogue Williams said people criticised her training during her pregnancy but trolls have stayed away after the birth of son, Otto.
The reality TV star, 36, also revealed how she hates the term “bounce back” after having her three children.
She told The Irish Mirror: “I think people were very critical of me training throughout pregnancy.

“For me, it has been great for my body, especially with this pregnancy.
“Gigi was quite bad. I had really bad pelvic/girdle pain and just being able to stretch out and train.
“Like the training I was doing was very minimal as time went on but just being able to do a little bit has been really helpful.”
But Vogue said nasty trolls haven’t been messaging her since the birth of Otto in April, saying people have been kinder to her.
The star, who also has son Theodore and daughter Gigi with former Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, says women put themselves under too much pressure to go back to how they looked before pregnancy.
She added: “I honestly think a lot of it is genetics as well about how your body recovers.

“It is not something to be judged or to even talk about and I don’t need to discuss it.”
“People ask how did I get my body back… I didn’t actually do anything so like I can’t tell you what I did. I don’t know if it was because I trained during pregnancy or that is just the way it is. And it is not back to normal by the way, it is not the way it was before yet. Obviously, I just had a baby.”
The 36-year-old says she takes no notice of comments like that and would be mindful of other women when she posts online.

“I don’t really take notice to comments like that because everyone’s journey is different. I’m actually quite careful as well – I don’t want people to feel like ‘this is the way you should look after having a baby’.
“Some people just want to relax a bit more but honestly I think it was because I was so sick my whole pregnancy that when I had him, I just wanted to be up and out and going for a walk. Plus, I’ve two other kids, my newborn stage with Otto is very different to my newborn stage with Theodore. I can’t just sleep in and nap when he naps.
“I have the other two to keep me going. It’s been interesting.”

Opening up about Otto, she said she can’t believe how alike he is to husband, Spencer.
“I look at him sometimes and laugh at how similar they are. It’s crazy.
Spencer’s mom has a picture of him as a baby at two days old and they are the same baby,” she added.
