There are news from Freepik, a company that, as you know, is specialized in the graphic resources sector, offering images, graphics and icons of all kinds for those who work in the sector.

They now present a free online tool that allows us to create personalized designs for banners, posters and files in general that can help publicize products and services, a tool created to facilitate the day-to-day life of small businesses and entrepreneurs, since it does not require knowledge of image editing to create.

This is Wepik, a tool that has almost 6,500 templates so that we can choose and edit the one we want.

We can design a logo, have a professional business card, as well as create infographics, posters, restaurant menus, all with the classic drag and drop.

Among the templates we also have content to create stories on social networks, or images to illustrate articles, YouTube thumbnails, Zoom backgrounds, memes… there’s everything. Of course, we can add images from Freepik and Pexels, as well as icons from Flaticon (also belonging to Freepik Company).

The templates are not one of those that we find in all the tools of this type, they are of our own production, created by the Freepik Company team, all of them editable, with the possibility of changing colors, distribution, elements and others.

It is one more step to democratize design, one of the objectives proposed by Freepik from Malaga.

Wepik is a product developed at Freepik Labs, the project incubator of the company that was born in 2020. The tool has been around since 2021, but it is only now becoming official, and they are expected to reach half a million registered users before the end of the year. year.
