Google allows you to prepare job interviews with Artificial Intelligence
Thanks to Artificial Intelligence, job candidates will be able to improve in the future the way in which they face the always complicated task of the personal interview, key in most cases to get a job or not.
Interview Warmup allows candidates to improve the way they face a job interview by indicating words to delete or asking them to provide further explanations
In this sense, Google has created an Artificial Intelligence, which it has baptized as Interview Warmup (literally “Interview Warmup”) who is able to formulate questions and analyze the answers. Not only does it allow you to practice a job interview, but it also offers feedback on the process that allows the candidate to improve their performance. With the analysis of the answers, it is able to detect phrases or words that it is convenient not to use, in addition to being able to request that the information provided on some point be expanded.
Interview Warmup for now It is oriented towards the technological sectors such as information technology, project management, data analysis, online sales and marketing. Before starting, ask to detail what area the job interview is about to adjust the conversation, which will focus on three planes: technical, situational and background of the user.
The latter deals with the candidate’s career, while the first two examine his or her knowledge and skills, as well as the way in which he or she was able to successfully resolve different stressful situations in the past.
At the moment this new artificial intelligence from Google is only available in the United States, although in the future it could be available in other countries. Its use is free and is accessible from web browsers as well as through iOS and Android mobile devices.
