In fact, it would be enough to perform prolonged pressure on a list to make a new contextual menu appear containing various useful options: Change, Elimine, Reorganize the lists and above all Notifications. The latter option will allow you to silence the notifications of the chats enclosed in that list for 8 hours, for a week or forever. The same option will also be made available in the app settings.
