Amazon has decided to “backtrack” from the decision made at the end of last month: in these hours it has in fact returned available there 30 day free trial of the subscription Amazon Prime. Let’s see how it works and how to activate it.
The 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime is back
After years of offering a 30-day free trial for the Prime subscription, at the end of last month Amazon decided to remove it, introducing a 7-day period at a discounted price (0.49 euros). In these hours it seems that the e-commerce giant has decided to return to how things were previously: by going to the page dedicated to the activation of the Amazon Prime subscription, the free 30-day period is proposed again.
In the support section of the Amazon website, it is indicated that at times specific trial periods or other promotional subscriptions may be offered. We therefore do not know whether this 30-day trial period has returned on a permanent basis, or whether it will continue to be offered only in alternating phases, perhaps as specific promotional periods approach (such as Black Friday, which will arrive at the end of November).
As you probably know, the subscription includes free shipping with fast delivery (even in one day for compatible addresses and products), streaming of Amazon Prime Video films and TV series, Amazon Music Prime music streaming, Amazon Luna games, Prime Reading books, Amazon Photos cloud space (unlimited for photos), a monthly subscription of your choice to a Twitch channel and more.
At present, by clicking on the link below you can activate 30 days for free Amazon Prime subscription. Once the trial period has ended, the subscription will automatically renew at a cost of 49.90 euros per year or 4.99 euros per month (depending on the plan chosen), unless deactivated. The reduced price remains available for students and young people up to 22 years of age, even if they do not attend university (24.95 euros per year, or 2.49 euros per month).
