As we saw a little while ago, the One UI 8 Beta It should be even closer than we previously expected, at least for the Samsung Galaxy S25 series. A further test is made up of the numerous leaks that are arising these days: in particular, here we take a look at a Hands-on video of a beta version aboard Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Let’s find out more closely the beta of the One UI 8 between images and hands-on videos

Samsung is tested internally the one UI 8, and the colleagues of Sammobile they have already managed to get their hands on it through the firmware S938bxxu3zyea (The Z usually indicates the software in beta, editor’s note). It is not most likely about Beta firmware that will be distributed through the public beta program in the coming weeks, but allows us to have a further idea of what awaits us.

Compared to the “preliminary” version that has sprung up the last weeks, this beta adds an effect of transparency to multiple menus appearing in the interface and in various applications. This transparency effect had appeared in the pop-up menus of apps such as gallery, and now it seems to have been expanded to several elements, such as the menu for choosing the video resolution in thecamera app.

The system does not present major changes compared to the One UI 7. We find the same separate screen for the quick settings and for notifications, even if it seems to see light differences in the colors notifications and in the background of the same. In the gallery we can see the new Pop-up menu with Blur effect and some additional toggles between the settings.

Thanks to yesterday’s same leaker (@Topraks9plus) and TARUN VATSwe can take a look at other elements: it seems that in general changes have been made preciselyblur effectbut we will have the opportunity to verify with the arrival of public beta versions.

In addition it seems to have been further expanded support for the gesture predictivewhich allows you to view “where we are going” while we go back: already with the one UI 7 it is present, but in less sections of the system. There are also changes for Samsung Dexwith a simplified and more minimal connection between the devices and some other changes in the interface.

If you want to browse in the beta version of the One Ui 8 for Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, we leave you to the complete video. We are sure that in the next few days we will have the opportunity to return several times to the subject, waiting to welcome the test program (which will almost certainly not directly involve Italy). The stable version will almost certainly make its debut in July with Galaxy Z Flip7 and Galaxy Z Fold7, and will arrive by updating in the following weeks starting from the Galaxy S25 series. This always if the development will proceed without hitches.
