A few days after the presentation of the new Material 3 Expressive – the design style developed by Google for Android which is gradually transforming the interface (and not only) of many apps – it is now possible to appreciate the first changes introduced into Google Photo, in particular the initial screen with the album display. After the first advances on the news for Google Meet, the Files by Google and Wear OS app, the changes for Google Photo They are now available in the version 7.30 on Android.

The first obvious change concerns the introduction of the floating toolbar. There New interface replaces old buttons (as “Add description”, “Share”, “Add photos” and “Orders photos”) in favor of the floating bar that includes the options to share, add photos and edit the album (the latter was previously in the three dots menu).
