Among the new incoming novelties there is also that relating to the use of uniform blue reading indicators for all chats themes, in order to aware of users to see clearly when the messages have been read, regardless of the theme they have chosen to use.
A small modification coming for WhatsApp
In recent days it has emerged that the developers want to make available to business users the possibility of choosing a theme for chats, thus personalizing each single conversation with a certain color (there are 38 options available) and then setting a background among the pre-caricated ones or choosing it from your gallery.
Well, it seems that the WhatsApp team is introducing some improvements for chat themes, aimed at increasing the clarity of some elements of the interface and making the overall experience more intuitive: we refer, in particular, to the use of blue reading receipts for all the themes of the chats.
Until now, the reading confirmations in some themes were displayed in white instead of in the traditional blue, this as the check signs in blue did not harmonize with the colors of some bubbles of the messages.
In practice, initially the WhatsApp team has decided to ignore the predefined blue color in some chats themes, so as to improve visual accessibility (using white, the reading confirmations dated) only that in some cases this solution could generate some confusion among users on the actual state of a message.
And so, on the basis of feedback Received, the developers have decided to return to the blue springs in each theme, implemented at the moment only for some testers. Probably in the next few days their availability will be extended.
